Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and client communications.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in the agency's systems.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
- Order and manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Requirements
- Previous office management experience (preferred).
- Experience in the insurance industry is a significant plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or insurance agency management software.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
