As an Office Manager on the Aire Serv team, a typical day for you will include:

• Support Aire Serv President and Leadership Team.
  

• Demonstrates expertise in asserting influence without authority to get agreed-upon goals accomplished.
  

• Lead/facilitate ASV Leadership meetings from ensuring they happen on cadence with agendas, to staying on time/topic and tracking action items and follow up.
  

• Coordinate and facilitate ASV MTTD to ensure meetings are set with the appropriate team members.
  

• Receive general direction. Set priorities and define methods for accomplishing assigned work. Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented. Requires the ability to lead and/or work with others. Perform considerable coordination and follow-through and assist Franchisees.

• Adapts to changing priorities within a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  

• Ability to handle the stress that may arise due to shifting workload, irate clients, or errors made by staff.
  

• Ability to identify root causes of problems and provide effective solutions to eliminate further occurrences.
  

• Articulate clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms to subordinates, clients, associates, prospective candidates
  

Education: Associates Degree preferred but not required.

Experience: 2+ years as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
