Construction Office Administrator - Operations & HR Support
Location: Jurupa Valley, CA (On-Site)
Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily operations, support project workflows, and assist with HR coordination at our Jurupa Valley location. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and a hands-on approach to driving efficiency in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, records management, and compliance tracking
Support construction documentation (contracts, change orders, SOVs) and project billing
Assist onboarding, timekeeping, and employee file maintenance
Foster communication between field teams and leadership to ensure alignment
Help with HR initiatives, employee inquiries, and policy compliance
Qualifications:
3+ years in office administration, operations, or HR support roles; construction industry experience preferred
Familiarity with contracts, project documentation, and HR processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is beneficial
