The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Kona office. This position serves as a central hub for administrative coordination, staff support, and office management, helping teams work effectively and supporting the organization's mission and services.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual is committed to providing excellent internal and external customer service while maintaining efficient office systems and processes.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (1) years of office administration, office management, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office equipment.
Current TB clearance (or willingness to obtain before start).
Current CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
No history of abuse, neglect, theft, or other disqualifying convictions.
Must pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
Valid state-issued driver's license and automobile insurance.

Full-time, hourly position based in Kailua-Kona | Starting at $22.50, with a potential increase after 90 days of successful onboarding.
Schedule: Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4 pm
