This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, staying organized, and supporting a team in a professional environment.The right person will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors. Salary is in the $37K range with company perks, benefits, and growth opportunities.Responsibilities:Answer and route incoming callsGreet and assist clients and visitorsManage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesRecord incoming checks and distribute to the appropriate departmentsHandle daily bank deposits and occasional office errandsMaintain office supply inventory and place orders as neededCoordinate office maintenance and service requestsCreate and maintain client accounting files and documentationUpdate customer and vendor information in the company databaseTrack Certificates of Insurance and prepare monthly reports for clientsAssist with accounting filing and administrative record keepingMaintain organized filing and storage systemsRequirements:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksComfortable using Microsoft Excel, email, databases, and general office systemsPrior administrative or office management experience preferred
