Reports to company leadership and supports daily operations by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with logistical and administrative functions. This role helps ensure customer items are processed efficiently, handled with care, and returned in a timely manner while creating a positive customer experience.
Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Create and maintain customer accounts and service records.
- Process payments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare customer communications and supporting materials.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Item Intake and Inspection
- Receive customer items for processing.
- Inspect and document item condition upon receipt.
- Record measurements and relevant item details.
- Photograph and label items for tracking and identification.
- Identify and document any existing damage or service needs.
Customer Communication
- Guide customers through the intake and service process.
- Answer questions regarding services, timelines, and procedures.
- Provide updates on order status and completion timelines.
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented customer experience.
Scheduling and Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Plan and organize service routes to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling and service appointments.
- Support logistical planning and operational workflow management.
Facility Organization and Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with general upkeep of shared workspaces and customer-facing areas.
- Follow company safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 15 to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely navigate varying workplace conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with common computer applications and business software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

Located in Wake Forest, NC.
Pay: $20/hr
