Manage daytoday office operations
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general administrative duties
Support management with special projects as needed
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Previous office management or administrative experience
Billing experience strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
