Office Manager

Join a growing healthcare organization in Newton, MA focused on providing innovative mental health treatments. This full-time, fully onsite opportunity is expected to begin September 28th and is a temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire. The position pays $26-$27/hour and offers a Monday-Friday schedule of either 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility required. Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
• Manage scheduling, patient records, and overall office operations
• Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
• Respond to patient questions and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff
• Ensure patient information is maintained accurately and confidentially
• Assist with office-related problem solving and administrative support
• Handle billing and insurance inquiries as needed
• Support day-to-day operational needs across the practice

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous office management or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
