Hi there! We are looking for a new Office Manager/Operations Coordinator! As the Owner/Team Operator, if I were to pick the perfect candidate, you would be young and ambitious, super techy, creative, love social media marketing, love being organized and running systems and playbooks and you absolutely love inspiring people to be their best selves. Real Estate license not required, but nice to have. Showing up in the office daily is a must to help recruit and inspire the Realtors on the Team into production and helping them with all the marketing, systems, tools, training etc. that PLACE already provides for our team of professionals.

Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, team meetings and training,
- Maintain company social media presence internally and externally.
- Office management, including ordering supplies.
- Client care systems including transaction management, popby and client closing gifts, birthday recognition, etc.
- Monitor team production and inspire to increase production.
- Team retention and recognition.
- Help plan and carry out team & client events and moments campaigns
- On-board new agents, off-board agents if needed.
- Track referrals and sales closings.
- Assist in creating and refining the systems of our virtual assistants including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
- Create and post to various social media platforms (with the assistance of our technology, design team and tools).
- Maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, PLACE Technology.
- Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
- Help recruit new agents to the team and assist them through Launch Coaching.
- Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
- Execute PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing calendars, trainings and events.
- Inspire agents to do the PLACE challenges.
- Assist Owner/Operator on random tasks and assignments.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
- Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
- Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
- Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
- Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
- Experience with Google Apps for Business
- No drama and in good health.
