The Role (What You'll Actually Do)

As our Office Manager (Operator), you will:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic
  • Drive team performance through KPI tracking
  • Run daily huddles and weekly team meetings
  • Ensure all systems (front desk, patient flow, financial) are executed at a high level
  • Identify breakdowns and implement solutions
  • Train and develop team members
  • Hold the team accountable to standards
