The Role (What You'll Actually Do)
As our Office Manager (Operator), you will:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Drive team performance through KPI tracking
- Run daily huddles and weekly team meetings
- Ensure all systems (front desk, patient flow, financial) are executed at a high level
- Identify breakdowns and implement solutions
- Train and develop team members
- Hold the team accountable to standards
