Secretary Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting of payroll records, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
Maintain and update records within the Frontline system, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Handle sensitive information and documentation with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Schedule and coordinate intake meetings for KASE Academy students, managing calendars and related communications.
Collaborate with and cross-train in the duties of the attendance clerk/receptionist to ensure seamless operational support during absences.
PEIMS Clerk Duties/Responsibilities:
Collect, enter, and verify PEIMS data in compliance with established database procedures and accuracy standards.
Prepare and distribute reports such as grades, class rosters, and end-of-semester summaries, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage physical and electronic student records, including cumulative folders, progress reports, class rosters, grade books, and schedule changes as needed.
Facilitate the processing of new student records by requesting, organizing, and entering data into appropriate databases.
Handle and process requests for student information, including transcripts, ensuring compliance with district and state policies.
Support the campus office with administrative tasks, including general office duties, as needed.
Partner with the attendance clerk to verify and prepare reports ensuring accurate optional flex time minutes for state reporting.
Maintain the confidentiality of all student and staff records and data in accordance with district policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
