About Lakeview Center
Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. Road to Recovery is a 46-bed residential substance misuse treatment program located on our main campus.
Overview:
To provide clerical support to program and staff and a broad range of specialized services to clients. To assist Road to Recovery clients and team members in the management of behavioral health through submission of timely utilization reports, clinical information to justify medical necessity for residential treatment. Assist with day-to-day functions of units at the leader’s direction. Monitor and maintain census need and inform all parties of insurance and documentation compliance. Inform the team of billing and or payment sources and the need to comply with each source requirement. Act as the facility coordinator for day-to-day needs of staff and program.
Role Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with five (5) years clerical and/or related experience.
- Computer experience required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work independently as a team member.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
Compensation:
Base pay ranges from $17.50 - $19.08 an hour based on experience.
