Pure Dentistry is a high-producing, multi-doctor dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care across all phases of dentistry. We are seeking an experienced, highly capable Office Manager to lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive the continued growth and success of the practice.
This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a seasoned leader who has successfully managed teams, overseen business operations, established accountability, and maintained efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, calm under pressure, and confident in leading both people and practice performance. This role requires someone who communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and can help build strong systems that support long-term operational success. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term opportunity who can become a trusted operational partner to the owner and help lead the practice in the right direction.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive compensation of $80,000-85,000 annually, based on experience, and include a comprehensive benefits package:

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Practice Operations & Performance
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly production and collections goals, including reporting, tracking KPIs, and helping the team stay aligned with practice targets
- Overseeing all front office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, phones, check-in/check-out, treatment presentation support, and daily team coordination
- Monitoring schedule health, including production opportunities, cancellations, no-shows, same-day treatment, and provider utilization
- Supporting insurance, billing, and accounts receivable workflows to ensure clean claims, timely follow-up, and strong collections performance
- Processing payroll accurately for a multi-doctor, multi-employee practice
- Creating and maintaining systems that keep the practice organized, efficient, and consistently operating at a high level
Leadership & Team Development
- Leading with professionalism, structure, accountability, and consistency
- Managing HR responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance documentation, corrective action, and disciplinary processes
- Supporting hiring efforts through candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring recommendations
- Facilitating internal communication through team huddles, documentation, policy enforcement, and follow-up
- Acting as a professional liaison between doctors, team members, vendors, insurance representatives, and leadership
- Maintaining a positive, patient-focused environment while upholding high standards for team performance and accountability
Communication & Business Support
- Providing clear and timely updates to leadership regarding staffing, operational needs, practice performance, and follow-up items
- Assisting with vendor and insurance relationships as needed
- Helping balance patient experience, team efficiency, and business performance in a busy clinical setting
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or business operations experience
- Previous dental office management experience strongly preferred, especially in a high-volume or multi-provider practice
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance verification, claims follow-up, collections, treatment coordination, and patient communication
- Proven ability to lead teams, hold people accountable, and drive operational results
- Strong financial and business acumen, including reviewing reports and tracking practice KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to stay calm, decisive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who can elevate the team through leadership, organization, accountability, and consistent follow-through
