Job Title: Office Manager, Scheduling and Recruitment 

Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager, Scheduling and Recruitment to serve as the face of our agency. In this role, you will manage Client inquiries, caregiver staffing and talent acquisition while fostering a supportive, family-oriented work culture. Our agency prioritizes and protects our clients, caregivers and employees to actively prevent burnout. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at turning complex logistics into smooth, supportive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Culture: Act as the primary point of contact and welcoming face of the company for clients, applicants and caregiving staff. Cultivate a family environment that values and protects our team's well-being, supports morale, and prevents burnout.

  • Schedule Management: Maintain and optimize the master schedule using WellSky software. Efficiently resolve last-minute call-outs and schedule conflicts so client care remains uninterrupted.

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) and caregiver positions. Evaluate applicants to identify reliable, high-quality talent who fit our supportive culture.

  • Onboarding & Compliance: Process background checks, verify credentials, and manage onboarding documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software (WellSky experience is a plus), spreadsheets, and standard office technology.

  • Prior experience in healthcare or home care operations is highly preferred.
