1st Priority: Some leadership experience (you've managed a team).

Do you have experience in dispatching/scheduling? Or previous office / administrative experience? Plus, good customer service skills and can speak professionally to customers?

Office Manager to help keep our team running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

This is far more than answering phones and being able to handle a spreadsheet.

You’ll be in the office, but you will also work closely with the field teams (even in the field - rarely - mostly for observing and understanding what we do). You'll help coordinate jobs, solve problems, and keep everything on track. This role can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding.

You will not be bored.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule jobs and manage calendars
• Keep job details and systems organized
• Communicate with team members and field staff
• Track progress and help keep jobs on schedule
• Answer phones with a positive, professional attitude
• Help customers during stressful situations
• Periodically be asked to assist the crews in the field (it's fun to get away from the desk once in a while, right?) This will not happen often. But it is essential once in a while to understand what we do and how we do it.

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and office software
• Confidence to speak up and hold others accountable (nicely) when needed
• Reliable and takes ownership

We are a full-service cleaning and restoration company serving South Dakota and Central Iowa. Offices in Rapid City, Sioux Falls, Pierre, SD and Story City, IA.

Requirement

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or GED
