Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.

  • Accounts Receivable Management

  • Invoicing

  • Accounts Payable Management

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Netsuite and Quickbooks

  • Service Titan software

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
