Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Manager who will serve as the central hub of our office operations while also acting as our on-site technology champion. This individual will ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day and will proactively support, manage, and optimize both hardware and software for our teams. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter , enjoys learning new systems, and is passionate about helping support others and uses technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities - Office Operations· Maintain an organized and professional office environment
· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and calls
· Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
· Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities
· Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and communications
· Support staff and leadership with administrative needs and special projects
Key Responsibilities - Technology & Systems Support· Act as the local point of contact for all technology needs
· Manage office hardware (computers, printers, phones, etc.)
· Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with external IT support when needed
· Learn new software tools and systems quickly, becoming the internal expert
· Train and support team members on software, tools, and best practices
· Help evaluate and implement new tools to improve efficiency
· Ensure staff stay up to date on technology usage and processes
Key Responsibilities - Team & Communication· Facilitate communication between departments and external partners
· Provide a hospitable and supportive experience for employees and guests
· Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new hires
Qualifications· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Strong comfort level with both software and hardware
· Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new systems and tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented and solution-focused
