Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
• Process titles, registrations, and dealership paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
• Assist internal teams with administrative support
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Qualifications:
• Automotive or title processing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
