Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
Process titles, registrations, and dealership paperwork
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
Assist internal teams with administrative support
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications:
Automotive or title processing experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and professionalism
