Culligan Water of Northeast Kansas is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Topeka branch. As part of a family-owned business backed by the strength of an international brand, our team has delivered trusted water treatment solutions to homes and businesses for over 70 years.

The Office Manager is the face of the branch - the first point of contact for customers and a critical support to leadership - keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring an outstanding experience from the front office to the warehouse floor.

What Youll Do

• Own day-to-day branch operations, from the front office to the warehouse floor.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers - delivering excellent service and resolving issues on the spot.
• Manage branch inventory: receiving, storage, cycle counts, and coordinating shipments.
• Oversee facility upkeep, safety, security, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with recruiting franchise staff as needed.
• Support accounts receivable/payable basics - payment processing, billing questions, and account updates.
• Manage delivery and service call routing to keep the branch running efficiently.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and uniform requirements across the branch.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A friendly, professional, customer-focused demeanor and sound independent judgment.
• 2+ years of office administration and/or service center or in-home operations experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
