Qualifications

• Experience with Quickbooks online financial software.
• Experience with database management and spreadsheets.

Duties

• Responsible for financial records, paying bills, invoicing, working with our accountant, and other financial requirements using Quickbooks online.
• Responsible for using Donor Perfect to manage and grow our donor base, making sure to express our appreciation for their support.
• Responsible to help develop, maintain, and grow good relationships with service providers and other non-profits who serve our residents.
• Responsible to help develop a culture of respect and love between residents, staff, volunteers, and service providers....while having fun in the process.
• Responsible for phone and e-mail communications in a prompt and professional manner.
• Responsible for volunteer management and engagement, with coordination of volunteers so that their time is well spent and are properly recognized for their efforts.
• Responsible for fundraising support with our fundraising events.
• Responsible for management of our Farm online site, using Shopify.
• Responsible for helping CEO and COO with communication, schedules, etc.   
• Any other duties deemed necessary from the CEO, COO, and/or Board.

Eden Village of Tulsa is a 4-year old non-profit bringing people out of chronic homelessness and into a safe, dignified community, with 63 tiny homes, community center, and now a farm. We have created this community from scratch in NW Tulsa, in a relatively short period of time, and making a real difference in the lives of our neighbors and in our community. We are exploring doing an EV2 just up the street. We have the support of the city, county, state, many churches, foundations, and businesses, the media, and thousands of families. We are dedicated, work hard, and work smart. We have a professional staff of 5 now, with this being the final full time position needed for now.
