About the Team:
A well-established financial services office is hiring a dependable Office Manager to keep daily front desk, hospitality, and office operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
• Own the front desk experience and welcome occasional guests with professionalism
• Keep the office stocked, organized, tidy, and ready for the day
• Support kitchen upkeep, catering, lunches, and internal food coordination
• Manage mail, packages, supplies, and general office needs across the space
• Assist with basic expense reconciliation and administrative follow-up
• Support team members, visitors, and leadership with a calm, helpful presence
Core Tech & Skills:
• Seasoned reception or office management experience
• Front desk and office operations support
• Vendor, catering, and supply coordination
• Microsoft Office
• Expense or invoice support
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working fully onsite
• Professional communication with senior-level visitors
Nice to Have:
• Concur or expense platform experience
• Hospitality or workplace services background
• Experience supporting finance or corporate office teams
