Now hiring: Office Manager in West Monroe, LA

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM | Monday-Friday

Office Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Construction Administrator, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Construction industry experience required; road construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operations, rentals, and cost tracking is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to process improvement.

Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including accounting, payroll, and administrative functions.
  • Process accounts payable, review invoices, code expenses, and manage payment records.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate processing.
  • Perform QuickBooks reconciliations and maintain financial documentation.
  • Track construction expenses, including heavy equipment costs, rentals, and operational spending.
  • Prepare reports, support budgeting, and assist leadership with business operations.
  • Maintain organized records and improve office processes for efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate with management on company initiatives.
