What You Will Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare warehouse and shipping documentation
• Coordinate order details with warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory, and shipments
• Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative functions
• Maintain accurate records and operational data
• Cross-train in multiple office functions to provide operational support as needed
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in office operations, order processing, logistics, distribution, customer service, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A dependable, proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and helping others
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
