Insurance Office Representative to join our team. We prefer candidates who are already
licensed and experienced, but we're also open to the right entry-level candidate who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Recommend insurance coverage based on each customer's situation.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes.
- Explain coverage options and available discounts.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
- Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Participate in training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Life & Health license is a plus.
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Motivated by goals and earning potential.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently while being part of a team.
