Perform general administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records
Manage shipping and receiving documentation to support daily operations
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining company safety programs, policies, and procedures
Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Compile and coordinate monthly safety trainings and meetings
Support both office operations and plant safety initiatives through effective communication and follow-through
Provide assistance to employees and supervisors regarding safety requirements and documentation
Help maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment across office and outdoor settings
Willingness to work 50% in the office and 50% outdoors
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Valid Driver’s License
