Core Dynamics Supported Living and DD Services is Hiring for a Scheduler & Front Desk Admin
Key Objectives:
- Keep front desk manned 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
- Keep adequate numbers of staff to fill all shifts utilizing an electronic scheduling system
- Work shifts in the home as needed
- Minimize overtime while maximizing hourly participant utilization of hours
- Work with QA to onboard new employees and ensure compliance with HCBS rules
- Gatekeep office traffic and welcome visitors
- Assist employees with troubleshooting documentation
- Must pass a background check with Criminal History Unit
- Be authorized to work in the US
- Have valid Driver's License and insured, reliable vehicle
- Work well independently and as a team
- Great communication skills
- Participate in On-Call rotation
- Work office hours 9am-5pm, nights and weekends as needed
- Experience with scheduling and working with vulnerable adults, preferred
Compensation details: 41600-41600 Yearly Salary
