You will work full-time, in-office from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend hours may be required and will be specified as needed. As an Office Secretary - Customer Service Rep, you will step into a busy, organized office where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine. You'll answer inbound phone calls, reach out to warranty and insurance companies on behalf of customers, and make follow-up calls to ensure top-notch service. Your role will include reminding customers about upcoming services and documenting every interaction with care. When cars arrive, you will take photos to keep our records thorough.
