Shift Time: 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM/ Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities: 
  • COVID Vaccine Requirements: None
  • Driving: No (Have a valid DL as it may be needed upon conversion)
  • Dress Code: Black or Khaki pants, Polo shirt, no jeans or athletic wear
  • The role will require completing administrative office duties, establishing print jobs, and other basic office responsibilities.
  • The hiring manager is looking for candidates who have basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong customer service skills, and ability to communicate verbally and in email.
  • A strong candidate will be a quick learner with a good attitude and ability to work well with a team. There will be lifting, standing, and walking from the mailroom.
  • Assistance will be available for lifting anything over 50 pounds.
  • Parking is free.
 Qualifications for this role include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic PC skills
  • Basic Computer Data Entry Experience
  • Basic Typing and Data Entry skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel is plus
