Office Services Coordinator
Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday. Start times may vary between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and end times may vary between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Summary
The Legal & Office Services Coordinator will support multiple client locations, including legal office environments, by providing print production, mail services, scanning, and general office support. This role requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to travel between multiple customer sites as business needs require. Printing and legal office experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate copy machines, printers, and bindery equipment.
- Support print production and document finishing projects.
- Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
- Process outgoing mail and packages, including applying postage.
- Scan and digitize documents accurately and efficiently.
- Replace toner and maintain office printing equipment.
- Travel between multiple customer locations as needed.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer-related issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of 12 months of related work experience required.
- Printing and copy center experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting legal or higher education environments is a plus.
- Valid driver s license with reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel between customer sites within a 40 50 mile radius.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills required.
- Experience navigating file management systems and network folders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math and troubleshooting skills required.
Work Environment & Dress Code
- Multi-location position supporting 3 5 customer sites.
- Business casual attire required.
