Summary

The Area Customer Service Coordinator provides operational support across multiple managed services customer locations within an assigned geographic area. This role supports daily operations, service implementations, account expansions, and customer service delivery while ensuring compliance with service standards and operational best practices. The position requires flexibility to travel between customer sites, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide coverage for onsite staff as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations for managed services accounts across multiple customer locations within an assigned geographic area.
  • Assist with service implementations, account expansions, and operational improvements.
  • Support Field Implementation Managers during new account launches and service transitions.
  • Assist with onboarding and cross-training team members and sharing operational best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit Site Procedure Guides to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of all contracted services and service delivery requirements for assigned accounts.
  • Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with customer, company, and safety standards.
  • Deliver mailroom, print, copy, scanning, and other managed services support as required by customer accounts.
  • Provide temporary onsite coverage for staff absences, vacations, training, and other operational needs, including site management responsibilities when required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and escalate concerns to management when appropriate.
  • Collect operational data and support monthly operational reviews and reporting activities.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment by maintaining strong relationships and gathering end-user feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Travel regularly between customer locations to support operational requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 12 months of related work experience; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and required auto insurance coverage.
  • Ability to travel frequently between customer locations, including sites located 40 50 miles apart.
  • Experience in customer service, office support, managed services, mailroom, print services, or related operational environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and effectively coordinate issue resolution.
  • Basic math skills and general computer proficiency.
