Job Description

Summary
  • As a client Office Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a small team or department.
  • Duties include clerical tasks such as answering phones, bookkeeping, typing, operating office machines, and filing.
  • This role is part of the Office Operations function, responsible for providing office support to clients, business functions, or individual contributors.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office and business transactions
  • Review files, records, and documents to obtain information and respond to requests
  • Handle inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Present information effectively to internal groups
  • Interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Solve straightforward problems using existing procedures
  • Deliver output by following defined processes under close supervision

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills (e.g., calculating percentages)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
