Job Duties:
The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services supports the Agency"s mission, vision, values, and standards through the provision of exemplary customer service, quality administrative support, and facilities management services.
We are seeking an Office Services Specialist to serves as the primary receptionist for the Commissioner's Office, including answering and routing telephone calls and directing visitors appropriately. Performs administrative tasks that support agency staff and programs, providing multifaceted analytical and administrative assistance to executive leadership. Also serves as a backup receptionist for the front office.
Works closely with the Assistant to the Commissioner, division leadership, staff, community partners, and other DARS offices to advance the mission of delivering high‑quality services across the Commonwealth. Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with agency staff, constituents, community partners, and the public, including individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
