Job Description:
General daily duties will include mail and package delivery, production work: print/copy/scan, and some hospitality: setting up conference rooms and stocking snacks. The production portion of this role will take up the most time. In addition to print/copy/scan, the production work will also include making binders and flash drives.
The hiring manager is looking for someone to be permanent if right for the role, so the timeframe is likely to be extended based on this process. The manager is looking for a candidate with solid customer service skills, a strong attention to detail/follow-up, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have experience in a professional environment and experience with copy/print. A candidate with legal background would be great.
Candidates must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and be on their feet while working on production projects.
Dress Code: Business Casual
Parking will be reimbursed.
