3 Months (Temp to Hire)
Support daily mailroom, copy/print, and office services operations within a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail throughout the office
• Process FedEx and Certified Mail shipments
• Operate mail meter machine for postage and mailing functions
• Perform scheduled floor runs across 4 office floors
• Complete copy, print, and document production requests
• Bind legal and business documents as needed
• Restock and supply copy/print centers with paper and office materials
• Conduct court runs after training is completed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Provide professional customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors

• Frequent walking throughout 4-floor office environment
• No lifting over 50 lbs independently; assistance required for heavier items
• Must be able to adapt to daily operational changes in a fast-paced legal setting

• High school diploma or GED required
• Hospitality and/or office experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be required per company policy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Ability to follow directions and meet/exceed customer expectations
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
