Job Duties
Blue Ridge Health District is seeking a strong supervisor and people leader who can provide structure, accountability, coaching, and operational support to a frontline administrative team. Technical knowledge of Office Services Specialists (OSS) systems and procedures is important and can be developed; the essential need is for a supervisor who can lead staff effectively, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and ensure consistent, high-quality support for clients, clinical teams, and district operations.
