Receptionist
Pay Rate: $18.00 Per Hour
Hours: 8am-5pm
Location: Orlando-200 S Orange Ave #2100
Assignment Duration: 2 weeks, possible extension
Summary:
As a *** Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
Resource's typical working day:- answering phone calls,
- restocking coffee
- loading and unloading dishwasher
- helping validate parking
- routing calls to right departments
- email management
- general administrative tasks
Years of Experience needed: Preferred minimum of 2 years experience
Level of Education: HS Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft word and outlook (email)
