Griswold Home Care for South Columbus & Fairfield County is seeking a part-time Office Staff Member to support our non-medical home care team. This role is based in Groveport, OH and offers $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, providing essential support to staff and clients alike.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
- Prepare and file documents and reports as needed
- Support front-desk visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with billing and payroll processing
- Handle general office administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
