As a Office Supervisor at our CA276 you will lead a motivated sales team in a fun and customer-focused office while enhancing your skills in sales, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the office to meet or exceed daily and monthly KPI and performance targets
- Model exceptional WOW customer service and Insurance knowledge and hold your team accountable for the same
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and educate on insurance products
- Train and support current and new team members to foster a motivated and successful team
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally, promoting a customer-first culture
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment at all times
- Ability to Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Market and promote our agency to grow the office customer base
BENEFITS & PERKS:
- Competitive earnings: Office Supervisors earn $60,000 – $90,000; top performing Supervisors average $80,000-$110,000 annually
- Full-time position with consistent 35-45 hour workweek (NO PART-TIME HOURS)
- Weekly pay and uncapped commission + Monthly office bonuses

Requirements:
- 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role experience (insurance industry preferred)
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 45 days
- Proven experience, hitting sales targets and developing successful teams
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation required
- Availability Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
