Our client is seeking an Office Supervisor to lead day-to-day administrative operations and support a distributed team. You'll coordinate workflows, supervise administrative staff, and keep the virtual office running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a leadership role for an organized, people-first professional who can balance big-picture process improvement with hands-on problem solving. You'll have ownership, a capable team, and the autonomy to make things better.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for a remote, distributed team
  • Supervise, schedule, and support administrative and clerical staff
  • Develop and document office policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Coordinate vendors, software subscriptions, and service accounts
  • Manage budgets, expense tracking, and purchasing approvals
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and coordinate virtual meetings, onboarding, and team events
  • Serve as the point of contact for facilities, IT, and HR coordination

Requirements

  • Four or more years of administrative experience, including team supervision
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
