    Description

    AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Office Supervisor, Full-time at PennWest University in Edinboro, PA.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain vendor and customer relationships; update contact information as necessary
    • Balance and authorize petty cash disbursements
    • Supervise data entry to ensure stock, food and pastry orders are entered timely and accurately
    • Supervise inter-office mail distribution to field personnel
    • Order office supplies
    • Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, drug testing, completing new hire paperwork and training new team members
    • Greet visitors to the dining hall in a pleasant and informed manner
    • Perform other clerical/administrative functions as necessary
    • Prepare other miscellaneous reports or subject research as requested

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous office, administrative or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office procedures
