Office Support / Administrative Specialist

LHH is seeking an Office Support / Administrative Specialist for a long-term temporary opportunity with a client in Roanoke, VA. This role is 100% on-site and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily office operations and administrative support. The qualified candidate will have great communication and organizational skills. Pre-employment background check required.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the office is staffed daily during all open hours in collaboration with other support team members
Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general front-desk support
Distribute incoming mail and faxes and manage outgoing correspondence
Order office and marketing supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Assist with file management and compliance
Assist with planning, ordering, and on-site support for team, family, and holiday events
Attend required program and departmental meetings
Participate in departmental meetings and one-on-one supervision sessions
Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
