  • Manage the storage, deletion, and purging of records in accordance with established procedures and retention schedules and assist with public disclosure requests.
  • Receive, process, and respond to all Liquor Control Board applications for liquor and marijuana licenses for unincorporated Kitsap County, coordinating requirements and communications among County departments and the State.
  • Coordinate multiple administrative activities and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, confidentiality, and a high level of customer service in support of the Commissioners Office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commissioners Office.

What you bring:

  • Professional experience: One year of general office and/or customer service experience, demonstrating ability to provide effective customer service, communicate professionally, and perform routine office duties. Related education demonstrating required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job may substitute for up to six months of experience.
