Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Supporting additional office duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School diploma is required.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
