GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services is seeking a customer-focused Office Support Specialist to join the Rawlins Workforce Center. As the first point of contact for the agency, this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for job seekers, employers, and community members. The Office Support Specialist provides exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, assisting customers with employment and job search resources, and supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep the Workforce Center operating efficiently. Experience:
0-1 year of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Office Assistant II

2-4 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business Office Communications) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Office Assistant II
