Title: Office Service Sr Coordinator
Location: Greenville, SC 29601

Hours: M-F 8-5
Assignment Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension


Job summary:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor the front desk
- Ensure all visitors are logged in with security
- Manage visitors coming into the office
- Walk the space to make sure everything is tidy
- Set up meeting rooms
- Handle parking validation

Administrative & Office Support:
- Manage the invoice system
- Help process invoices
- Order supplies, coffee, and stock
- General administrative tasks
