Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to graduation from High School and three years of responsible clerical experience. Applications are screened to determine minimum qualifications; qualified applicants will be notified of the test date, time, and place. Testing may include written, oral, performance, or other evaluation methods appropriate to measure the knowledge and skills required. Applicants must pass all tests in order to be further considered in the hiring process. Only completely filled applications will be considered. This is a categorically funded classified position as provided by CA EDC 445117(g). This grant is contingent upon funding, which is expected to expire on June 30, 2028, and may be renewed on a year-to-year basis.
