We are currently seeking a highly organized data entry professional to join the Official Records Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry tasks related to official documents and land records.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry

  • Key official documents and land records with a minimum requirement of 6200 keystrokes per hour and 90% accuracy.
  • Testing will be scheduled at the time of the interview for selected applicants.
Customer Service
  • Handle inquiries regarding Official Records fees and procedures.
  • Address specific queries related to documents for recording and land records.
Cashiering
  • Tender sales, collect payments, and provide change.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to key 6200 keystrokes per hour with 90% accuracy. Testing will scheduled at time of interview.

Must successfully pass background investigation.

Spanish speaking a plus.
