Location                          :  Cleveland OH 44109

Project Duration         : 13 weeks

Pay range                        :  $48-51/hr, based on experience W2 with limited benefits

Shift                                   : Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm Nights

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry/Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry-level care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience caring for medically complex patients, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients at the medical-surgical and/or telemetry level of care.

·         Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team.

·         Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

·         Monitor cardiac rhythms and other relevant clinical parameters for telemetry patients.

·         Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

·         Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

·         Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

·         Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

·         Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies and procedures.

·         Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed.

Required Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience.

·         Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

·         Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

·         Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         1–2 years of Med-Surg and/or Telemetry nursing experience.

·         BSN degree.

·         Professional nursing certification recognized by a Magnet-recognized organization.

·         Experience caring for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

Required Licenses & Certifications:

·         Active RN license.

·         Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
