STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRNDO NOT SUBMIT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSSummary of Responsibilities: Administering flu shots at onsite Flu shot clinics for various local businesses. Will need to be flexible as days and hours will vary depending on need. Some weeks there are five clients, some weeks there are no clients. This is part time two-seven hours per event (site); one-two days per week. There are no guaranteed hours or days. Mandatory Qualifications:PharmacistBSP degreeRPH license in the State of OhioCurrent BLS/Immunization delivery certificationPreferred Qualifications: Pharm D, experience administering flu shots. Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certificationPhysical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations at various onsite business locationsNetwork Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required.
