We are seeking an OhioRISE Development Coordinator to support onboarding, training, and professional development within a behavioral health organization serving Southeastern and Central Ohio.
Reporting to the Intake Supervisor, this role ensures team members complete program-specific certifications, maintains training records, and coordinates learning events.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 2-3 years of program support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The position involves occasional travel, operating in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high-speed internet.
